[FEATURE] Replace all domain depended links

Replace all occurences of "web_root" (domain depended links)
with "JIRAFEAU_ABSPREFIX" (absolute links to the root level).

Links like "https://example.com/foo/functions.js" are replaced
with "/foo/functions.js".
